AJ Matthews
AJ Matthews, the founder and owner of Celebrity DJ, began the company in 2004 after spending over a decade working in radio. AJ worked as an on-air DJ and program director for radio stations in New York, Connecticut, and arrived in Colorado in 2001 where he worked for K-View 99.9, K-Lite 106.3, Magic-FM, Mix 100 in Denver, and most recently 92-9 Peak-FM. In addition to operating Celebrity DJ, AJ is a public address announcer for the Colorado Springs Sky Sox baseball club. Married to his wife Kelly since 2002, they have a daughter (Skye) and son (Cole) and love to travel and spend quality family time together.
Chadwick Meisner
Chadwick is one of those elusive Colorado natives, born and raised and is not really sure what he‘d do without being surrounded by mountains. What he DOES know is how to turn your wedding or event into an AWESOME party! Chadwick was introduced to the world of DJ’ing by a high school friend years ago and has been having a blast entertaining people ever since! In his spare time, Chadwick loves spending time with his fiance hiking, biking, snowboarding, camping or basically ANYTHING outdoors. He also has an affinity for anything automotive as Chadwick grew up building cars and racing cars. Book Chadwick to take your celebration to the next level!
Joel VanWingerden
Radio, theatre, rock band, stand up comedy, sports announcer, dj… Joel VanWingerden has done everything that requires a microphone. Growing up as the middle child of a 23 member family has made him an arbiter of working chaos in a large setting. You need quiet, loud or subtle, Joel can accommodate any need.
Greg Resha
Greg Resha is an award-winning night club DJ with over 15 years of experience. In that time he has hosted thousands of events from large festivals, stage productions and competitions to smaller talent shows, karaoke and open mic nights. Greg is no stranger to the outdoors after moving to Colorado from Nebraska in 2006. When he is not hosting events he most likely hiking, fishing or camping in the mountains surrounding Colorado Springs.
